On December 19, the Anhui Province Used Car Export Policy Briefing Session, hosted by the Industry Division of the Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce and the Government Service Center Window, was successfully held at Zhongan TikTech(Anhui) Co.Ltd. Director Ma Qingming, Chief Representative of the Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce at the Government Service Center Window, attended the meeting. Over 80 enterprise leaders and business representatives from the province's used car, modified vehicle, and related industries participated.
At the meeting, Feng Tingting, First-Level Principal Officer of the Industrial Division, comprehensively interpreted the latest national policy framework for used vehicle exports. She clarified key points including the policy's background and objectives, post-sale verification requirements for used vehicles, compliance standards for modified vehicles, and arrangements for the policy transition period, providing clear guidance for enterprises to conduct export operations in compliance. Additionally, enterprises including Anhui Jianghuai Automobile, Anhui Mingxin, and Wuhu Laisihao, along with the Provincial Used Car Circulation Industry Association, exchanged insights on the current state of Anhui's used car exports, dynamics in key overseas markets, and emerging opportunities.
Ma Qingming emphasized that the used car export industry must adopt a core orientation of “collaboration, standardization, and global expansion,” leveraging full-industry-chain coordination to overcome development bottlenecks. He emphasized that enterprises must adhere to quality and safety standards, strengthen vehicle preparation and inspection protocols, and establish the reputation of Chinese used car brands. Malicious competition must be eliminated. By innovating overseas service network development, deepening industrial collaboration mechanisms, and forming industry alliances to achieve resource complementarity, enterprises should simultaneously ensure policy implementation and accurately grasp new policy requirements to build a solid foundation for compliance. The Provincial Department of Commerce will rigorously conduct enterprise reviews according to the new policy standards while providing full-process operational guidance and continuously optimizing approval services. This will deliver efficient and pragmatic policy support for the industry's collective overseas expansion.
Following the meeting, numerous enterprise representatives continued consultations on policy implementation and practical operations. All expressed their commitment to actively seize policy opportunities, deepen industry collaboration, jointly pioneer new international market landscapes, and contribute greater strength to the high-quality development of Anhui's used vehicle exports.
